Review sequence

  1. Define the user decision.
  2. Gather government, university, standards, and lab evidence.
  3. Separate independent evidence from specifications.
  4. Record prices, availability, terms, and dates.
  5. Publish fit, limits, skip criteria, and unknowns.

Hands-on language

We say “we tested” only after a documented test. Phase 1 contains no hands-on product reviews or ranked equipment.
